This acquisition marks an exciting milestone for BC&A as it expands its offerings to serve a broader spectrum of sectors, enhancing resources and expertise available to clients of both firms. The acquisition comes hot on the heels of the acquisition of Kumar Associates, accounting experts for the medical sector also based in Romsey, in February of this year.
Macklin & Co, established by Shaun Macklin, has built a strong reputation as a general practice, specialising in serving professional services, construction, retail, hospitality, automotive, and motor sports industries. Under the BC&A accountancy group, Shaun Macklin will continue to lead as Director, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity for Macklin & Co’s valued clients, who can now benefit from BC&A’s expanded resources and enhanced service offerings.
